PRIMUS GLOBAL LOGISTICS – EMPLOYEE PERSONNEL FILE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT (CURRENT & CORPORATE)
Disclosure Statement Regarding the Processing of Personal Data within the Scope of Employee Personnel Files
This disclosure statement has been prepared by Primus Global Logistics Services Inc. (“the Company”) as the data controller, within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation. Our company processes personal data of employees for the purposes of conducting human resources processes, establishing and fulfilling employment contracts, managing employee benefits and entitlements, conducting occupational health and safety processes, planning training activities, and fulfilling obligations arising from legislation. The main personal data processed within this scope are:
Identity information (name, surname, Turkish Republic identity number), contact information, personnel and social security information, education and professional information, financial information, criminal record, health data, military status, photograph, leave and disciplinary information, and limited information about the dependents of employees.
Special categories of personal data are processed as follows:
• Health data, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331,

• Criminal record data, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation,

in accordance with Article 6 of the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law).
Other personal data are processed based on the legal grounds of fulfilling legal obligations and performing contracts, under:
• Labor Law No. 4857

• Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510

and other relevant legislation.
Your personal data is collected in written, oral or electronic form; through human resources processes, official institution integrations and application channels.
The collected data;
• To authorized public institutions and organizations

• To the Social Security Institution (SGK), tax offices and relevant official authorities

• To the competent judicial authorities in legal disputes

This information may be transferred in accordance with the legislation.
